Vivo has unveiled the T4 Ultra, a new entrant in the mid-premium smartphone category, aiming to offer top-tier performance without the flagship price tag. With powerful hardware, advanced AI features, and a robust camera system, the T4 Ultra is positioned to rival devices in the Rs 40,000 range.
The smartphone stands out with its sleek 7.43mm slim profile and a weight slightly above 190 grams. Two color variants are available: Phoenix Gold with a textured feather finish and a more understated Meteor Grey. The device’s design balances visual appeal and practicality, integrating a large battery without bulk.
At the center of the T4 Ultra experience is its 6.67-inch 1.5K Curved AMOLED panel, offering a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and 460 PPI. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and delivers peak brightness levels up to 5000 nits, aided by High Brightness Mode at 1600 nits, ensuring clarity in all lighting conditions.
Powering the device is a 5500 mAh Silicon Anode battery, supported by a 90W charger included in the box. The battery is optimized for longevity and rapid charging, reportedly reaching full charge in under 60 minutes.
Camera performance is a key highlight. The T4 Ultra incorporates a Sony IMX921 primary sensor and a 10X telephoto macro feature, a first in its class. This is paired with a 50MP Sony IMX882 3X periscope camera, offering up to 100X digital zoom. Additional sensors include an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 32MP front camera. The AI Aura Light Portrait 2.0 enhances low-light photography, particularly in portrait mode.
Performance is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, ensuring smooth multitasking and gaming. The phone is available in two variants: 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. Smart AI utilities embedded in the device further optimize user experience across photography, UI, and power management.
The Vivo T4 Ultra is geared toward users seeking a high-performance device with a focus on photography and intelligent features at a competitive price point.
